So you have landed the man of your dreams. Congratulations. But what happens when you find out that man is afraid to commit? This is common among many men because there are so many commitment phobic men out there. They love you but are just too afraid of actually committing. If your man is like this, there are ways to combat this phobia and get him to fully commit to you and your relationship. The thing that is most frustrating about this type of man is that, deep down, they actually want to be in a committed relationship. You need to take a different approach when it comes to commitment phobic men. This can be done in the form of your actions. Try making yourself less available as you typically are. When you are not sitting around waiting for him, it shows him that you have a life outside of your relationship and that you do not need him to make you happy. This often sparks a fear of losing you in the man, which will get him on his way to commitment. In addition, you can try to stop talking about how you want a serious relationship. This will have the same reaction as when you made yourself less available.
